The Good Stuff
I tried to make Dango a few years back with regular mochiko, but it kept coming out grainy. This flour made it a lot better, but I came to realize it was a skill issue on my part. Be patient, and keep your dough at a gentle boil. It may take a little longer, but it'll cook more thoroughly. It's quite good with a little sugar and some honey.
