Great book with some different workout routines
This is a great book with some different workout routines.I am always looking for ways to mix up my workouts. This book provided some new insights and workouts that incorporate strength, suppleness (simple yoga), and basic meditation. Highly recommend.

Parkour, swimming, hiking and biking; great one source to get you thinking about your training and maybe some new ideas for working out and training.

Great Book on Fitness
This book is must read for the one who are ready to work harder to be fit as said this book involves the 6 best bodyweight for physical and implementation is very easy with ease instructions. Kudos to Author.

Interesting!
This is a very interesting perspective. There are skill sets and ideas in here that I would have never thought about. Fitness isn't an easy thing for anyone as I'm learning daily but this book is truly a means of survival. Fury does a good job recognizing that fitness is something that we can survive with a little ideas and tweets of recommendation. Good read!

Book is well written and well laid, program is easy to follow, giving you exercise guides. I would recommend this book if you are dedicated to follow a total healthy lifestyle.
