Graduation Gown Cap Tassel Set

Loved it! The color was perfect and it fit my son perfectly. I purchased this graduation gown and cap for my son who was going to graduate from 8th grade this year, but due to the current situation (COVID-19), everything got canceled. No graduation, but I still wanted to take pictures of him (outside the house of course) wearing his cap and gown.

Ok let me just start with this...The quality is amazing...the sizing is absolutely horrible! I ordered a size up for a small child (age 6) due to other reviews and it almost fits my 17 yr old. It's massive!!!!!!!!!! I have tried to contact someone to help and no one has emailed me back. I guess not only did this nonsense thats going on in the world, but also this massive..unusable cap and gown set ruined a "normal " kindergarten year for my girl!!! Pictures to follow.. and in the hat pic you can see where I had to turn it under in the back to even make it fit her. Maybe after this review...someone can contact me somehow and be nice enough so I can get her a new one.BUT...the quality of this set is really really made well and feels great...only faulty part is the size and customer service.

Worked perfect for pictures

Worked for what I needed. My daughter worked hard to graduate with honors and wanted to take pics in a white cap and gown so I ordered this because her school doesn’t allow students to wear white for graduating with honors (I was fuming when I found out) they only allow the white stole around the neck. The sleeves and the gown were a bit long but other then that it was nice.

Just what i needed. Gown is made of a light weight polyester. ( I think because it did not have fabric content tag ) It is not a shiny fabric. Looks more like a matte but with a little sheen . I was worried about ordering since it was such a great price. School was wanting $100. But where throwing in a “free keychain” . Hahah. Guess who got the last laugh ? Next year I’m going to call all the senior parents and tell them they have alternatives.

Overall, this is a good product. However, the cap is too small. The part that actually fits over the head fits ok, a little tight though, but the board size is way too small for the size of the gown. My son is 5’11” and the gown fits good but the mortarboard looks like it was made for a little kids head. I’m wondering if the wrong size cap was put into pkg.

It came in just in time and was better than I was expected. The only flaw was that the zipper teeth were not connecting properly when I was trying to zip it up. Managed to fix that and happily took some Graduation photos in it from the comforts of home. My original cap and gown was gonna be silky but this had to do and now I just have it as a memento of Graduating with a Pandemic going on and it happen to be my Community College color so it worked out perfectly 🙂

If you order maroon it does not look anything like the picture it’s much darker. I ordered maroon because based on the looks of the picture on Amazon. It’s the perfect color but when it arrived it’s burgundy almost purple. This sucks. I’m very angry.

This is made with good quality. I love everything about it. The tassel also indicated 2020
