Sweet and cozy
This is a new favorite bedding item. This lightweight blanket, while described as a gauze” blanket is definitely structured and not flimsy, which was my worry. No, it actually has the look and touch of gauze, but is a regular blanket (it is not stretchy or too thin at all). Oh my goodness from the look of it right out of the package (think Farmhouse!) to the feel of it on the bed, (SOFT! COZY!) I’m obsessed. I was afraid to wash it, but it washes beautifully! This is a really good summer blanket. To get ready for winter months, I’ll need to add an additional layer of a heavier blanket on the bed but for these warm months, I like how breathable it is. It’s a true fit (I bought a Full), and it covers the entire bed with plenty of room to spare on all sides (the side hang is about 1.5-2 feet on each side of the bed. The grey I bought is a very pretty, soft, true-grey and perfect for our rustic mountain cabin. I’d happily have one in every color if I could.

Nice quality
Love the color and texture of this throw blanket. It’s lightweight and surprisingly warm enough on a cool evening to snuggle in. Very happy with this purchase.

Very soft and comfortable
This is a really good blanket. I've been using it since almost a year and no complaints. Doesn't shrink upon washing. Doesn't change colors. Soft as ever. And since the edges are sewn there is no issue of threads coming out. I use it as a blanket for sleeping in the summers and as an additional blanket in winters. Super comfy and soft.

5” shorter than advertised, but works for me.
This is a review for the coffee color twin blanket. As we all know, anymore, the same item can be completely different if the color is different or it can vary in sizing from one size to another. So I can really only speak for this particular color and size.Size: I ordered the twin size to be used as a throw on the couch. I figured there was no way in the world it would actually be as long as advertised. Correct. It was only 75 inches long, not 80. The width was 60 on the dot. This actually works out great for me. If you are buying this to use on a twin bed, it may be too short, for an xl twin, you’re gonna be mad it arrives.Color: I got the coffee colored one. It’s about two creamers and a sugar coffee colored and has a rustic looking, faint ivory thread running through it horizontally about every 3inches, you know, that muslin look. For reference, in the photo it is laying on an acacia wood floor and the tape measure is a true bright yellow, no fading. The edge is a light cream color. I kinda like that the edging is just on the top and bottom, then it’s easy to know which way is long ways.Thickness, it’s a heavier light weight blanket. I tried it last night while watching tv. House was at 68F. Kept the chill off and I didn’t have to take if off because I was too warm. Flannel pjs for clothes.Craftsmanship: The hem is sewn correctly and didn’t see a bunch of loose strings everywhere. The weave is nice and tight…for muslin and it’s got that nice bubbly texture this fabric is known for. I washed it according to the instructions and it was a wee bit softer and bubblier, measured the same, no color change or bleeding into lighter edge and all the hem stayed together. I’m keeping it!

Airy Soft Comfort
I've purchased more expensive muslin blankets from other sources. But this one may be my favorite. Like a more sophisticated sheet -- it lightly drapes over me, letting me be covered but not smothered. The perfect summer top layer (or only layer). It washes easily, dries fast, doesn't clog the lint trap. I got the white with the contrasting dark blue heather hem at top & bottom. Loved it so much I bought the reverse color version and will pair these together for the summer set up. Oh and got a second white one for a throw on the couch. I'll add to this review after a few months and several washings have gone by to see how it holds up over time. Check the color options -- some were on sale. I snagged twin sizes for $33 or under. Worth it.***Update: A month in and a couple washes later and I love these even more. Two (and no sheet) make the perfect summer top layer. One shake and they float down for the easiest way to make a bed — and the texture on them looks good made up. (Sometimes a thin flat material can look wimpy but these look lovely). The light weight makes them a breeze to wash. I think they’re a steal and a must-have.

Good value
These blankets are soft, lightweight and wash beautifully. The colors are subdued and great for those who get too warm and need blankets that breathe. I have purchased two and will probably buy more.

I am hooked
I love this blanket! This is my second time buying it and I am hooked. It gets softer with time and use and is the perfect temperature regulator !

Shrinks ALOT, Try something else...
I purchased the twin size blanket. I enjoy this light blanket for my heated home during cold winters. However... after a few cold wash (with woolite) and dries (~10?) throughout about a year it shrunk from 60x80 to 35x74 inches. I could pull on it hard to stretch. But I think the true issue is the poor stitching causes it to bunch up. I opted to buy Bates Mill Store blanket for 4 times the cost. Just uninterested in buying a new SOFTEXLY blanket every year.
