Really cool. That’s a great overall description and assessment of this watch. It’s very large and very noticeable. There’s a lot of weight to it. Does not feel like cheap thin metal. It actually feels like a 2 inch cast iron skillet on your wrist. The face is magnified as advertised and has a really cool look to it at different angles adding again to how noticeable it is. The strap is very thick rubber(I believe) with “genuine leather” strips sewn on top of them. I like the feel of these thick straps. The leather color, gun metal frame color, magnified glass and sandy face color complement each other so well. The seconds and hours arrangement is very easy to read and in an aviation setting has its purpose and serves it well. I don’t wear expensive watches. I prefer sub $100 rugged multi function military style watches that I couldn’t care less if they get scratched and worn. This watch is affordable, fun and cool to look at. Some scratches and wear will make it look better. As a historical military aviation enthusiasts and an admirer of the luftwaffe I got this watch as a novelty really. Ended up being really surprised by the build quality. The classic look. And the functionality of the watch. I’m going to love putting this watch on everyday.

I've been on the hunt for another watch. I have pretty pedestrian tastes when it comes to watches which comes from raising 5 children. Plus I'm hard on watches as well. I saw this one and immediately liked the look of it. After reading the reviews especially the negitive reviews. It seemed like a good thing. German built with Japanese movement! It arrived yesterday well packaged and in good condition. It's early for a meaningful appraisal but I'm thinking it surpassed my expectations. It actually looks better in person. It's big and kind of clunky. All things I like as I have thick wrists. It has a nice thick watch band, again I like that bit a lot. Had to spend some time massaging it to even get it on. I like the Non-traditional dial face too...very cool and intuitive. I'd like to give it 5's but I'll make a comment about that some other time. It might be a really great inexpensive watch if it had decent luminescent hands. Which it don't work well, which accounts for a 3 on the easy to read score. I knew this before buying it so I'm not complaining just suggesting . As far as the accuracy goes I'll let you know. I might actually buy the black one as well........ So it's now Sept 16th. Really like this watch. I was looking at this for a few days... well I buy it for $84 a week later it's selling for $69... this is not the first time this has happened. I want to buy the other one but don't want to get screwed again. It's going for $79... sigh

Looks nice and keeps good time except for those times when it has stopped randomly. There appears to be no real cause for it but it just randomly stops running.

Before I purchased this, I bought the $159 replica watch that is also sold on Amazon, and let me tell you, DO NOT BUY THE $159 WATCH. This is so much nicer in every way. It has better glass, a better face, very nice worn details on the case, and a watch band twice as thick as the more expensive option. This watch is a serious bargain. There's nothing else like it. It's the next best thing next to buying a $50,000 original.

I really like the style of this watch but when I woke up this morning the watch read 8:49 but the actual time was 7:37. Now I don't know if it jumped ahead an hour or so, or if it dropped 23 hours or so but either way when a watch fails to display the correct time it has rendered itself as useless. When I first received the watch I remember it had been about an hour off, but I thought that it may have been possible that I had set it incorrectly so I kept an eye on it and it has been working fine ever since. That is until this morning, May 25th, 6 weeks past the return date. I had just returned a watch from this same Chinese manufacturer a few days prior to the purchase of this watch as the first watch was all over the map and couldn't even keep time for more than an hour. The first watch was roughly half the price and not quite as attractive (in my opinion) but I thought that seeing the second watch was more than twice the price that I would have had better luck, but obviously that's not the case. My advice to anyone looking to purchase any watch from this manufacturer is DON'T!!! ========================== UPDATE =========================== May 16, 2023 . . . A little after 3 months. The watch stopped last night and it has repeatedly stopped throughout the day today! This tells me that these Chinese Mo********** went out of their way to find the cheapest quartz movement they could find. I've had $5 digital watches that kept a great time and lasted for years. Never again will I purchase a watch made in China.

A good conversational time piece,with a easy to read dial,match with a solid strap.

Die Uhr ist zwar erst kurze Zeit im Betrieb, dennoch ein erster Eindruck. Gute Optik und Haptik!👍🏻 Liest sich gut ab (ja, das Glas ist gewölbt und eben nicht aus dem flachsten Winkel sauber ablesbar- aber dennoch alles gut!). Das Band ist die ersten Stunden etwas hart, das legt sich aber. Einzig die “Leuchtkraft” im Dunkeln überzeugt mich wenig- aber gut, nachts im Dunkeln schläft man auch meist….😉 Ich las hier oft, die Uhr würde mit Lieferung nicht funktionieren. Dazu ggf. ein Hinweis: zwischen Gehäuse und Krone ist eine “winzigkleine” Sperre aus fast transparentem Kunststoff eingelegt. Diese verhindert, dass sich die Krone ab Werk in Betriebsstellung befindet, die Uhr also läuft. Das würde auf Dauer die Batterie leeren. Also- Sperre entnehmen, Uhr stellen und Krone einrasten lassen.

A great piece of history and beautiful watch. Too bad is was modernized with a battery instead of wind up but otherwise a great watch. Love it.

Como fan de los relojes (no caros), éste es un clásico para mí colección. Bien diseñado y construído, me encantó el cristal redondo, los números, en fin, lo recomiendo mucho. Un detalle es que la correa de cuero original es muy dura para cerrarla, le fuí poniendo aceite de comer varias veces y le daba vueltas para ablandara. Un excelente reloj vintage.
