Are these threads polyester? Cotton? or something else?

On the back of the package is reads: 100% Polyester and on each bobbin it reads the same, 100% Polyester

What colors are included in this set? Is color 1870 in this set?

The colors are: Dark gold (color 2040), gold (color 1970), beige (color 2725), black (color 1000), dark blueish black (color 6950) and dark grey (color 9455)

Are there 2 thicknesses of thread? product info says "two different sewing threads"..."extra strong 100 m" & "jeans thread 200m". only 1 kind in pic.

If I inspect each bobbin of thread with a magnifying glass, all bobbins seem to be of the same size of thread. On the back of the package, there is only one mention of needle size which is: NM 90-110. Furthermore, only one thread size is mentioned on the back of the package which is: No 50. Hope this answers your question.

Is it the same thickness from original Jeans/denim? Is it thicker than regular thread?

I don't believe that it is as thick as the thread used to sew "jeans" with, but it is thicker than standard weight thread.

The Gutermann Denim Thread set is a very useful selection of six colours that match almost any denim jean threads you may have. Gutermann does sell a set of 12 with expanded colours, but these six are the most useful. The entire Gutermann Denim thread line comes in 35 colours. The Gutermann Denim thread is a Tex 60 weight thread, with 600/2 construction (two ply, dtex 600). It is similar to the industrial-sector Gutermann Mara 50, which is also a Tex 60 thread but that is 600/3 with a tighter twist. Gutermann Denim lies in between the common Gutermann Sew-All (Tex 30 weight, aka Gutermann Mara 100, 300/2 construction) but not quite as heavy as the Gutermann M782 Extra Strong, which is Tex 70. Gutermann Denim is also slightly thicker than Gutermann Jeans (Tex 40, 430/2). I find Guterman Denim works well with a 100/16 denim needle.
