I'd like the product I haven't taken it that long yet so far it seems to be a very good vitamin D supplement

I take both vitamin D and turmeric, so I love that this supplement combined both of these. It is one less supplement that I have to take. Although I make a diligent effort to get some time in the sun for vitamin D, it is a fine balance. I am fair skinned and do not want any ill effects on my skin, but want the vitamin D and overall health benefits from the sun. However, even in doing so, I found out that I was vitamin D deficient. I found out that the majority of the population are deficient!! They prescribed me a high dose, but I chose to select my own instead. I like that this provides a moderate dose, is organic, and made in the USA. Since you can get too much vitamin D it is important to check your level periodically. They recommend 1,000mg to most people, but I take 5,000-10,000 since I run low. Since the range of healthy vitamin D level is so large, I imagine it would be difficult to get too much from a moderate dose supplement.I love that it has the added benefit of turmeric. I try to add this into my cooking as much as possible for the overall health benefits that it offers, however, it turns everything that I am making yellow. This is a much easier way to get the benefits. I will still continue to add it into recipes where I can, however, it does not always work nicely in everything. Having this as an option is great.I am very happy with the quality of this supplement and will continue to use this.

These are easy to swallow, they don't taste horrible, and I will say that it is nice to have both turmeric and a vegan vitamin d in the same pill. They aren't too large, and it's a large dose of vitamin d which can be very convenient for some people. Being the somewhat frugal person I am, I would much rather just take these along with a turmeric pill and save some money. It's not a ton of money, but in my personal brain ledger, I know it would add up to a decent bit of money in the long run. Looking at other 10,000 IU organic vegan vitamin d3 supplements out there, and then adding that to the cost of 150mg of organic turmeric, I think these are a bit pricey.IF that convenience is worth it for you, great! These are nice :)

I just started taking these vitamins today (10/20/22). I really like that they are organic as well as gluten free. I have been taking another D3 supplement and read the ingredients on the bottle this morning. Wow! What a difference in the ingredients of these to the others I was previously taking. I never really read the labels before but this product is making me think that I need to start! Each easy to swallow capsule has 10,000 IU D-3 and 150 Turmeric root. The other ingredients are All Organic: vegetarian capsules, rice hulls, rice extract blend and rice flour. Seems much better than soybean oil, gelatin, glycerin and corn oil! I especially like that you only have to take 1 capsule every 3 days. Make sure that you read the Suggested Usage as it does state to take with a fat containing meal (I can do that!) or as directed by a healthcare practitioner.So far I am very pleased with these vitamins and will continue to take them! I will follow up with an update after I have taken them for a bit longer.Thanks for reading!

This supplement is organic and includes a bit of turmeric at 150 mgs. D3 comes in at 10000 IU. There are many reasons that the sun cannot provide vitamin D to the body and that has to do with people not being outside much anymore, or wearing sunblock or makeup so it couldn't absorb even if it wanted to.On the other hand, many people are supplementing with too much D3 and may need to cut back and look for toxicity symptoms. Check with your medical staff every now and again to make sure you're on the right path.This supplement is good for me as I take it a couple times a week. I don't overdo it and don't underdo it but keep it balanced this way. This bottle will last for a good 6-12 months depending on your own supplementation and is a good buy for 180 capsules. I like it and the extra turmeric is a nice touch.

These capsules are larger than the standard D that I usually take but still easy to swallow. The instructions says one capsule every 3 days. I need to take D due to lab tests showing low D; doctor recommends 1 daily dose. I don't usually take Turmeric but have been interested in trying. With this product, I can see if there are any increased benefits. The best thing I like about these capsules is they are larger than the small ones I usually get plus they have a harder gel capsule; my regular D have a very soft gel and tend to stick to my pill container in a corner and I miss doses on a regular basis if I don't look closely. With these, they just mix in with the other pills in the pill container.
