Excellent supplement, been taking it for a month now. I'm a 27yo female in a normal weight range. I started taking it because i read it may help with ovarian cysts, endometriosis, extremely heavy periods/excessive cramping, and acne among other issues caused or exacerbated by hormonal imbalances. So far I haven't felt any new cysts but we'll see longer term if that's accurate, and my last period didn't have as severe of cramping as I typically do. The biggest difference I've seen has been my SKIN!!!! I have been getting pretty bad cystic acne on my neck, chest, and back for several years and don't follow my cycle but are just constant. Just all bad. I started taking this 2x a day for 10 days and once a day at night after that. By day 6 I noticed so much of the swollen redness had calmed down, no new cysts were cropping up either. After 2 weeks my neck was almost completely clear, my chest and back are healing. Dude, this stuff straight up WORKS. I also have some joint issues and have noticed less irritation and inflammation from injuries. Also sleeping better, not sure if it's related. I did read this stuff can break loose a lot of stuff that your body needs to get rid of and can put more of a burden on your liver/kidneys, so I've been drinking lots of water and dandelion tea (both things I normally do) to help with that. It does make your pee reddish orange, just a heads up. I love that it's a vegetable based product. I'm trying to incorporate more cruciferous vegetables in my diet and will eventually try to not take this supplement, at least not constantly, once my body is balanced back out.

I feel very fortunate to have come across a random article online that led me to this amazing product. I was a person who did not have a speck of acne the entire time I was a teenager and, admittedly, I took it for granted. But almost the minute I turned 19, my skin turned against me. I had what turned out to be classic hormone-induced adult acne; located almost exclusively on my chin and consisting of huge, multi-headed cystic nodules. I always had at least one or two going at a time and, as soon as one started to go away, I could feel the painful spot where another was starting. These would swell, infect, and eventually burst (without my help), which would turn to disgusting scabs, then dark scars. Not only that but I have extremely, horribly sensitive skin, so these wounds on my face would take forever to heal. I was ashamed of my skin and my face. I was very self conscious and tried everything. Antibiotics, retin-A, prescription medications and creams, As-Seen-On-TV regimens, high-priced skincare for a spectrum of symptoms. I changed my diet. I cut out wheat, soy, dairy, red meat, saturated fats, fake sugars, and real sugars. I took supplements, I changed my vitamins. I avoided biotin as I heard it could cause this type of chin-only acne. Some things would work temporarily but, more often, they would not work at all (or worse, make it flare up). I had honestly given up, sure that I would suffer from this ugliness forever. I ordered this product on June 10, 2018 and started taking it on June 12, 2018. I have been taking 2 300mg capsules every night. I have not had a single pimple since then. Not one. I have never, since I was 19, had a time where I did not have at least one on my chin. My skin is completely clear and other, less noticeable things, have improved as well. I no longer have blackheads in my T-zone, my skin is less oily, and my face is overall more soft and supple. I am absolutely amazed at the transformation. I did not change anything else in my life other than taking this product. If you are a woman with adult acne located on your chin, I strong recommend this product. It has changed my life. I hope it works for you, too!

It takes about a couple of weeks for your body to adapt. At first, I took it with breakfast but it made me nauseous and highly fatigued. Switched to taking it with dinner and that works much better. See what works for you. It's a quality product at a fair price. It does work, I have more energy to get through my day. I recommend reading up on DIM so you have a full understanding of this product.

Bought this to help keep estrogen levels at bay while on my rad140 cycles and I take atleast 3 or 4 a day two in the morning with rad140 and 2 before bed, definitely helps with men get a higher sex drive too.

Works great

I have been using this version of DIM for a few years. I primarily use it to help me sleep better at night. I have issues with my brain waking me up at night thinking, singing songs, or playing a story out in my head. Once that starts its very hard to shut it back down and go back to sleep. It doesnt matter how tired I am. DIM significantly quiets my mind. I can tell when I take it and when I dont. I still take melatonin to help me get to sleep and DIM helps me stay asleep longer. I also have fewer night sweats. That was an added bonus.

Big side effects with this dose. Should have started with 100mg instead. Seems to help symptoms, but uncomfortable GI distress and feeling of being sluggish & headachy.

Not as good as dim complex

A good friend of mine, saw a video on tiktok about this product. I had recently told my friend about all my health issues, and hormonal imbalance I was experiencing.
