Disappointing, especially from Amazon as seller
Delivery was nearly one week after date promised. Book was meant to be new but looked a bit dog-eared. Not enough to return but just disappointing.

If you are trying to gain an understanding of the thought processes of someone with mental illness, this book is tremendous! I highly recommend it. If you're searching for better ways to interact for more positive results, this book is key. The author didn't just write this book, he lived it! It is truly enlightening and should be required reading for all mental health professionals.
