I bought the light for my craft show tent, and who doesn't need another light source in case of power outages. I was going to send it back because I really need one with a remote, but I kept it and it worked out fine.Little did I know how much I needed this light in my life.As a light source it is bright and does a great job, even on the low setting. It does get warm when it is on, but not concerningly warm. Just be mindful to keep an eye on it.The true bonus to this light and the real reason you should purchase, is as a charging station that lasts a super long time. I mean honestly it has charged a phone, kept a USB fan running for 10 hrs during one event, it ran down a little. I came home recharged it back to full and used it the second day and it still has a charge 2 weeks later.It is a great light, but get it as the awesome portable charging station it truly has become.

Bought to light a Gazelle Gazebo. Have tried a lot of lights to meet my needs of 1) Rechargeable; 2) Bright enough to light the entire Gazebo area without shadows at every movement; 3) Portable enough to easily fit in with my small box of supplies. This light hit every need with my first trial run being a all day beach thing that went into the late night. The light was absolutely perfect. Probably going to have to buy another one as I expect the family will be using this a lot.

Extremely useful and bright. I appreciate the fact you can use it as a charger in a pinch, I have had to use it for that a couple times now. The magnet is strong and the hook does help when you need it to hang. It has a long battery life though I’ve not tested how long.

this is decent for what it is. I needed a tent light & thought it would be a bonus for it to be a blacklight. I spin flags that have UV sensitive dyes & put it to the test at a recent campout & it worked outdoors at night w flying stars! the only thing we noticed is the UV light attracts bugs so the way we solved this was to put it behind a water jug so the light was dispersed & the bugs couldn't react to it directly (clever campmate!)upon arrival, I thought it was rather heavy (284g) - this is because it's super bright & doubles as a power bank. Now don't get your hopes up w the default rechargeable batteries - I didn't experience anywhere near the 10000 mAh capacity it claims (got 4000mAh@5V which is ~5400 [email protected] - barely half) and the light comes no where near the 24 hrs on HIGH they claim in the product listing (it didn’t make it to a third: 8 hrs) so they definitely get a star docked for misleading advertising & the fact that after reporting this 2 months ago, the product details haven't been updated and it **still** says 24 hrs - don’t believe it!on the brighter side (ahem) - this thing is super bright - if this is what you’re looking for - this is it. even the low setting is fairly bright and wish it had an even lower setting to stretch out the battery even more (esp if your tent is small)per another review, I figured out how to open up my unit as well (it’s easy with a jeweler’s flathead screwdriver) & at some point, plan to replace the three (3) 18650 cells w the higher quality ones (even Samsung ones only cost like 6 bucks a piece - but this is a $18 DIY upgrade on a $20 item - so it’s an investment in batteries that are sure to last and have the rated capacity (3500mAh - three will be 10500 [email protected] or 7770 mAh@5V (2300 mAh more but you need to account for a % lost due to power inefficiencies TBD). All in all, I haven’t done this “upgrade” just yet (I need access to a spot welder to do a good job making a new “battery pack” which is super easy to replace once the unit is open (see photo))I’m glad you can use USB-C to charge the internal battery and it’s nice it has a USB-A port (which has a rubber flap to help keep water out) so it can serve as a power bank (details about its performance I mentioned above)I like that it comes with a metal pad - what I discovered is even if you don’t have a hook, you can attach it to the ceiling of your tent just using the magnet - the metal plate goes outside and the light will stick using the magnet from the inside - nice feature. while the magnet seems strong, I wouldn’t count on it to stay up using just the magnet on a vertical wall (haven't tested it).so not bad for tent light that can double as a power bank and a blacklight. if it had user-replaceable 18650 cells, I’d be OK with the company **not** including any batteries and leaving it to the user to shop at the price/performance point desired rather than pay more for a product & put mediocre batteries in the trash!

Nifty little light! Very bright. Has a few different modes and it looks like it can be used as a power bank if needed. Comes with a magnetic mounting strip also. Very small compact light. But so exited to use it in my camping shower.

Great battery life and SO bright. Has multiple levels of brightness which is nice. The clip doubles as a stand to lean the light on. I’d definitely buy this again.

Wow! I ordered these lights to use for an outdoor cornhole league since it gets darker earlier in the fall. These lit the boards up great!! I can see so many uses for these lights. They have a magnet built into the bottom and come with a metal strip that can be stuck to many surfaces. I will be using these as a light over a work bench that I permanently affixed a magnet to. Emergency lighting, camping, or even a closet with no light these things would be great. These are fairly small, and they charge within a few hours. There are 3 brightness settings so the charge will vary depending on the setting you use, but even at the brightest setting you get quite few hours of use. So far I love these things for the versatility you get, I bought a second one! I would definitely recommend these lights, even if you don’t need them, you will find a use for them.
