Easy to color the items in each page, a tad larger than I like, but very doable. Only negative for me is the quality of the paper, but then the cost of the book makes it understandable and acceptable. Enjoy.

This book would be appropriate for adult or children. My granddaughter got me interested in them. They are a great way to calm my anxiety that I often get
