I bought this to replace a leaky faucet. In comparison to my previous faucet, this one is not only gorgeous but very solidly constructed. It looks and feels heavy and expensive. I love it! Although the hoses were too big for my connecting hoses, customer service was very responsive to my concern and quickly helped me resolve the issue. Great faucet and attentive customer service...what more could you ask for? Buy it! You won't be disappointed!

Awesome customer service!! Beautiful and sturdy bath faucet. Ran into a slight problem when installing because the hose length was a couple inches too long, reached out to customer service and they were able to send out what I needed.

Just received this and opened the box. Great packaging. This is very high quality and solid. Its beautiful. I cant wait until its installed.

This is a beautiful faucet that may require some modifications to install based on hose length. But, the customer service is very responsive and quickly said they would send shorter hoses and a new cartridge just to be safe. I've not experienced better customer service!

I rarely submit reviews but feel compelled to give this product and the company credit it deserves. Ordered this faucet as part of my remodel and wasn’t really sure if it’s good quality since it’s quite bit less expensive than the once I see in local stores. To my surprise, the faucet come in a very well packaged box and every component is well made. It comes with decent installation instructions and easy to follow. It feel rock solid and very sturdy.Unfortunately, my contractor damaged one of the water supply hose came in the kit by accident. He couldn’t find anything locally to replace the damaged hose. Wasn’t sure what to expect, I tried to reach the company. To my surprise, someone actually answered my call even it was well after hours (about 9pm est). She listened to my problem and without hesitation, offered free replacement parts with expedited shipping so we can keep the remodel on schedule. I was thoroughly impressed by how good the customer service provided by this seller. She went above and beyond what you would expect from average online retailers.I’ve upload pictures of new bathroom and the new tub faucet is just perfect fit and add appeals to the overall esthetic of the design. I’m very pleased with the outcome.Thank you and keep up the good work.

*edited review* 11/14/2020After reaching out to amazon I was unable to get a refund or return the product because it was too far past the date. I contacted the manufacturer and they asked me to send pics of my problem and they would replace it. And they did! I’m so thankful too because I love my soaking tub! Very pleased with the manufacturing company.I’ve tried reaching out to this manufacturer multiple times and just get a recording saying they’re unavailable and to try again later. I purchased this faucet in May of 2020 and got it installed beginning of June. It’s now mid September and the nozzle to switch over to the sprayer broke off last night with 70lbs of water pressure shooting out all over my bathroom. This piece nearly took my eye out! Absolutely ridiculous! I can’t get a hold of anyone for a replacement or any warranty info. DO NOT BUY THIS! Unless you wanna be out $300 and possibly an eyeball.

Was looking for Moen or Delta but settled for this Artiqua and I am not disappointed. Attractive bathrub filler, clean lines and not too high up over the tub.

The faucet came well packed and was everything I expected. The only issue was the flex lines were too long. Contacted the seller and they were very accommodating and are sending us 28 1/2 lines at no charge. Would recommend this item.

The faucet was excellent quality for the money. Well made and easy to install. The 30” water lines were too short so l contacted the company number in the installation guide. They are sending longer waterlines for my installation free of charge.
