The second time putting to use, it broke in two.
Used for fitting. Second time I used it, for about +/- 20 shots it broke in pieces. Not as resistant as I expected.

Excellent tool.
Many in the fitting world will tell you a lie board is no good. I beg to differ. It is but a tool. It’s not the only tool when evaluating a the golf fitting process. As long as one isn’t casting a club it gives a very good indication of a lie angle on a club. The mark left on the club rubs off very easily. Will not scratch the bottom of your club.

Best golf gadget I ever had
So many gadgets and lessons over decades of golf. Never had something that showed me exactly how I should adjust my stance and swing like this one. Learning from the reviewers who complained about the fragility, I cut a piece of a the common thin flexible kitchen cutting board and glued it firmly to the bottom. So far over 50 contact swing and no damage.

Golf lie board success
Product just as described and what is used by golf equipment fitters. Used it today with some fitting stickers to perfection. Good price too. May take a little longer to receive than some other Amazon purchases but worth the wait.

Could y’all send another one to me
I was using this at the driving range the other day and and it was doing ok for a few swings. But then on my 5th or 6th swing it snapped in half. If the the creator of this product sees this review could you send another one just in case if that was just a bad one from the factory.

Works great to determined the proper lie angle.
I have had no issues with this product. I have used it with and without tape on my irons, and it works either way.

Solid construction and it leaves a very consistent scuff mark on your clubs so you could see your impact. The only thing I would change is the hole that is used to set the ball in is not large enough which required you to have to bend down and place the ball in the spot more times than not.
