Easy to install, but you need to lookup a how-to video online
Bought these to repair the drift issues. The box came with all the tools needed, but many of the other reviews said those were no good, so I ended up buying a professional kit. There are no installation instructions included with this kit. If you don't know how to replace the joystick, you're going to need to find a video online to walk you through it. I've never repairs a JoyCon before and I had a pretty simple time of it. I replaced the joystick and casing on both controllers in around 90 minutes. Everything is nice and tight like it's supposed to be and there's no more drift.

Works great!
I purchased a set of these replacement joysticks because of drift in controllers. I originally sent two left joycons to Nintendo for repair and got them back relatively quickly, but the right started drifting as well. My sister and mom also complained of drift so I decided to give this a try. So far I have replaced two lefts for my mom and sister and my right. It is a delicate process and took me about 15 minutes for the first one, there are small delicate parts involved, but the provided tools helped greatly. Magnetic screwdrivers and tweezers being the main ones I used. Because this went so well I purchased two more sets as I am sure these will eventually drift as well and I will be able to fix this issue again. Definitely cheaper than a new set of joycons at around 5 bucks a stick. I watched a video before attempting the left, but winged it on the right. It was a little different but same principle.

Don't throw that controller away
I was drunkenly playing my switch when I dropped my controller. My right analog was dead no movement on it what so ever. I drunkenly bought 2 replacement controllers and received them 2 days later. Frustrated I was about to throw away the broken remote when I realized I'm an idiot. I looked this produced up and sure enough they sold the parts. Super easy to install they even have a follow along video. Don't recommend putting on the metal replacement locks they give you. I'm not sure if I put them on wrong or what but they didn't work for me and I got my controller stuck.Point of this whole ramble buy this fix your controller or your kids controller it's super easy save yourself the money. Though I am keeping the other controllers I bought now for Mario Party WIN WIN WIN

Thank you for saving my remotes and saving me $$$
Listen...I figured I would try this because I was at a loss. Do I spend more money on a new pair of remotes or try this. I ended up trying these. I cried with excitement knowing that I can now use my old remotes. 1000000% recommend this item and this brand. I checked sooooo many reviews. I think the only reason people have issues with remotes not connecting is more of a user error. The innards of the remote are fragile. But if I could do it, you can do it. They even sent a card with web addresses for quick walkthroughs on what to do. My overall issue was heavy remote drifting. My recommendation when fixing your remotes would just be to take it slow and pay attention to how things are plugged in. Again 100/100 for this product 🙌🏼P.s. I ordered these yesterday and they came first thing today sooo fast!P.s.s. WATCH THE VIDEO!!! My hardest thing was trying to undo the wire connect clams. I watched the video half heartedly. Couldn’t figure out what I was doing wrong. The wire clamps are easier than you’d think. Rewatched the whole video and solved all of my problems!!!

Works like new. Just like original parts.
It's everything you need to fix the drift on the joy cons. I had no issues with the two joy stick replacements I put in. I'm saving the other two for another set of controllers I have. I only needed the Blue piece and the two Phillip screw drivers. Don't forget there is two different size screw heads in there, and they look pretty similar so it's easy to use the wrong tool on them. Blue piece to open the case and gently pry up the battery. Take it slow and fix the drift. Also don't forget to calibrate them after. It's only slightly off but does make a world of difference.
