Victorinox Fibrox Curved Boning Knife, Flexible Blade, 6-Inch, Black

Literally my husband's most favorite gift! It is super sharp and is durable! Makes deboning meat so much easier! The only downside is that it doesnt come with a sheath to store it in.

Bought the knife to help prep Eye Round roast for Sous Vide cooking- <Thanks to Guga from Sous Vide Everything> Eye Round roast from BJ's had lots of silver skin and extra fat that needed trimming. The Victorinox knife was sharp as could be and make a difficult task easy. As I learned to use the curved blade things got even quicker and easier. My only complaint is that there was no sheath for the knife. Got rid of an old Copper Chef (don't laugh) blade and put the Victorinox in the wood block. Better results with half the effort- EXCELLENT quality and value!!!

Excellent boning knife

I didn't own a boning knife and after all these years, finally need one and asked a neighbor if I could borrow theirs. They had no idea what I was talking about. So I shopped around looking for a boning knife that was a nice combination of usability and price. This one fit the bill. I found it easy to use, sharp and effective. I like it enough that this one will be gifted to my neighbor. Good neighbors are a blessing.

One of the best boning knives I have used for deboning deer. The blade length and flexibility is perfect for deer and other wild game!

This knife cuts like a knife! Them reason I bought this knife was because I waanted something that would cut! This knife does that!

I took apart 3 whole chickens with it. Still razor sharp. Easy to use. Tip slips into joints easily and cut tendons with no effort. Actually, it's so sharp that if you are not careful, you simply slice effortlessly into chicken bones, which I don't like. I like my chicken bones whole/uncut. But anyway, sharp is good for this deboning knife.
