Bought at 640.Good at this price. Hearing is good and build quality is decent. Plastic is ok decent quality.

I purchased this product from Orient in November last year, and within just three months, one of the rods completely stopped working out of nowhere. There was no physical damage, no misuse . it just suddenly failed in February. For a product that is expected to last much longer, this is very disappointing. Three months is far too short for such a failure. What makes the experience worse is the customer support. I emailed them for a warranty claim and only received a vague initial response. I also tried contacting them on WhatsApp, and again, the replies were unclear and unhelpful. No proper follow-up, no clear solution, and no one has reached out to actually resolve the issue. Overall, the product quality and after sales service have both been disappointing. I expected better reliability and much more responsive support.
