Not At All User Friendly but indeed effective!
The device is so complicated that a novice cannot operate without grasping all instructions by heart! There are 5 indicator lights coupled with blinking+idle making a total of 10 operations on active mode & that too comes with condition of sliding safety switch on/off..There are indicator light implication during charging too!! The device is less of uv sanitisation & more of permutation & combination & logical reasoning (lol) ! One needs to be good in analytical & logical ability & a sharp grasping mind to operate this device effectively or else anybody can get mental trauma when trying to operate this military level hi tech device without reading & fully understanding the instructions!! This is the only cons of this product! Rest, the product is fantastic <10sec taken to sanitise a satisfactory wide area!

Magic Wand
Very good device, ordered 2 wands. Very sturdy, safety features 👌, includes charging cable, gloves and the wand. Easy to use and after sales queries resolved through whatsapp. More to review in coming months.
