Purchased for my Grandson who is in Med school. These Littmann Stethoscopes are top of the line, if you want to hear your patient's heartbeat, these are the ones for you. My Grandson says they work, and he's extremely happy with his gift. Also bought this case, he loved it, perfect for carrying back and forth to the hospital.

Quality buy for anyone in the medical profession. This one I gifted to my wife for Christmas and I have one of my own that I would have bought a while back. I can tell you the material really holds up well. I remember I used to buy cheap Stethoscope to save money but the sound quality would fade with time. These littmanns don’t have that issue. Very comfortable, the weight of it is on the heavier side as opposed to the cheaper options I would have usually used but the weight to me is comfortable. These cardiology iv are the only stethoscopes I see get stolen on a regular in my workplace as well. Crazy.

I'm a nursing student and wanted the best stethoscope for clinicals. Based on the reviews and it being on sale, I decided to go with this one. Tested it out and the acoustics are great. The sounds of the heart and lungs is so clear. I often feel I have trouble hearing but this stethoscope gives me confidence I won't have issues when assessing a patient in a busy, noisy clinic. My stethoscope is pretty and I like the rainbow chest piece. I would prefer the package be wrapped to know that it is new and not previously used. Mine looks new; however, without the wrapping, it makes me think it was a return. Nevertheless, the stethoscope is very nice and the sounds are clear and loud.

Very nice, sturdy model and definitely louder than the regular version. So excited to use after having the same one from nursing school for 12 years!

I love this thing. I have been in healthcare for over six years and this is my second Litman cardiology four. The only reason this is my second one is because the first one was stolen. As long as I have my stethoscope with me, I will refuse to use any other stethoscope on the ambulance. There is a huge sound difference that sets aside the stethoscope from any of the normal cheap agency stethoscopes that are provided. Yes, it is a little expensive, however, considering that you can hear significantly better when listening for a blood pressure or lung sounds, I see it as a huge value for what it is. The ear tips are also significantly more comfortable than the standard hard plastic on the Cheapos.

Oltre alla ormai consueta puntualità di Amazon nel consegnarmi gli acquisti,devo dire che lo stetoscopio è di ottima fattura. L’imballaggio e la stessa scatola contenente lo strumento,sono arrivate integre ed in ottime condizioni. Per quanto riguarda il Littman (riferisco le impressioni avute da mia moglie) è uno strumento straordinario,di grande qualità per quanto riguarda l’auscultazione,in grado di captare anche i suoni più leggeri e profondi. Decisamente migliorato rispetto al Littman serie III fà molto bene il suo lavoro e lo consiglio vivamente.
