Venus Celo 15CV 15-Litre Storage Water Heater (White, BEE Star Rating - 5 Stars)

Really good product. Venus water heater is the one of the reliable product. Does the job correctly.

Have been using the product for a month and week now. Don't have any problem till now. Mostly using in the lowest temperature setting (The Shower One). It takes about 10 to 15 minutes to hit that temparature (25 L). Sometimes I use the middle temparature setting (The Rupee Symbol) and it gets pretty hot untouchable at all. The Lowest temperature is also untouchable too.The only downside is that there is no installation service in my city (Tezpur, Assam). I doubt there is service centre in my city at all. I install with local plumber and he took 500 rupees. The Brand should work on their after sell service

Short review:A great power efficient water heater to meet the daily bath needs. It is pricier on Amazon by about 10%.Check the local shops for the price and then make a decision of buying it online or offline.Having used it for over a year now, I have no complaints about heating and quality.Water heats up pretty quick in about 5-10 min to be ready to bath when it is set to efficient settings. This might vary with respect to the temperature setting for each individual.I left it on efficient settings and that serves me well to fill a 15ltr bucket.Price bought at: ₹8095Long review:This is my second Celo heater from Venus where the first one was bought from local market in Nellore and that costed me ₹7200.As I moved to Bangalore recently, I needed a heater real quick and bought this online as I didn't have enough time to go around to shop a water heater in local market.Got it delivered and was promptly followed up for the installation. Thanks to Amazon for initiating installation.Venus water heaters come with free installation but might cost you if you would need additional components like longer pipes or their adapters.They drill a couple of holes, insert holding pins, screw the provided screws and mount the heater on the screws. Connect the pipes and open the tap for input. The installation is almost done. Once we leave the heater for enough time to fill with water, we are good to turn it on and use.Suggestion: As heater would have been stored in warehouse for quite a while, I would suggest draining the first full tank of water to get rid of any accumulated dust and impurities after heating up for the first time. For this you can either use running the water through tap or cut off the input and drain through the drain valve. The latter is better.The only reason why I went with this model is that I have been using it already at my home town and I am pretty satisfied with it. With 5 star power rated and prior experience, I couldn't find better options in the given price point.I had a strange whistling noise from the heater when I open the hot water tap. I called Venus help and scheduled a service visit. Even before they visited for inspection, the noise issue was resolved by itself. They claim that it would have happened due to air trapped in the pipes and that would have cleared after using it few times. Now it is running with no issues.I have built trust on Venus heaters over a decade and they are keeping up to that expectations.Verdict: If you can get a good deal under ₹7500, this can be considered a good deal. Venus water heater always have a good brand quality which is also being carried out in this model as well. Works like a charm and water is heated in 10 to 15 mins and the water remains hot for almost 18hrs which is quite good. Arround 2-3 person can have a shower bath. Also to note it's a 5 star rating for power saving which is a added benefit.

Good product

This is value for money. This product works well when you are in the cool temperature place. We are using this continuously for around 2 hours and 6 members took bath one by one and this served hot water for all without fails. No second thought in buying this

Awesome heating capacity and good service

Delivery from Amazon was prompt on time, Venus engineer as well came on time however was not happy to pay additional money Rs.700 for Valve ( 2 no.) and extra length pipe ( Rs.75) , ideally these thing they should inform us before coming for installation, entire purpose of saving on installation is defeated.
