This is a good product, dispenses soap easily and accurately. Was delivered when promised.

We have 5 of these soap dispensers at the youth center I manage. Turns out they are steel that is coated to look stainless. The plastic bubble and dispenser are threaded into the metal box. On two of them the threads have rusted totally out in the 2 years since they were installed. This has caused them to start leaking rusty brown soap and even new O rings are not enough to fix the problem.

At first, I loved these dispensers! (I bought 2: one for the women's restroom, and one for the men's.) They looked really nice in our bathrooms and matched our existing fixtures really well. The soaps dispensed easily and they dispenser was easy to fill. However, after a few months, the dispensers began to leak around the indicator "window;" it was just a little at first, but then it kept getting worse. The worst was when the soap started coming out RUSTY! The insides of the dispensers had begun rusting and the rust was discoloring our soap and making it smell ... well, rusty. And, for the record, we filled them with plain Dial antibacterial soap or SoftSoap moisturizing soap with aloe. Nothing weird.TL,DR: don't buy this unless you like rusty soap that leaks all over whatever is below the dispenser.

We purchased this dispenser for our boathouse and it gets plenty of use daily.The last one wore out in 6 mos. We'll see if we do better with this one.

Good product but did not came as out as expectation. Had to return

Bought three of these a few months ago for my office. Just installed two of them and they don't work. The soap dispenser gets stuck when pressed so you have to pull it out after every use. Wish I could return these and buy a different manufacture.
