Bought these to have alight garland from my awning to my campervan. The small solar panel charged the lights even though it wasn't a bright sunny day. There is also the option to connect to a small powerbank with the UB connection (or you could plug into a USB socket). The bulbs are made of plastic which gives confidence that they won't easy break. There are multiple settings from various blink, to fades, or constant. We just used the constant. They looked superb in the dark as we returned to the camper at night. They also helped us identify our camper in the dark. If you are i the market for something like this, I would recommend these for quality and price.

I bought these for a camping trip and draped them over the tent. Really pleased with them. They are weighty and well made. Two settings on the back, on/off and mode, which basically switches between always on and several fade & twinkle options. They come with a USB connector which i tried out first. Plugged into my laptop and they worked instantly. Nice colour, warm light. The solar panel (battery) can also be charged via USB. I did this so as to have power that same night, and that worked well. Lights stayed on for hours - no idea how long they'd have kept going as we switched them off when we went to sleep.The lights come on automatically when it gets dark. We did have a moment on day 2 as we tried switching on during daylight, which it won't do when they are on solar panel mode (unlike when plugged into a USB port directly). But come sundown, they were perfect again.I'd recommend these wholeheartedly. We have bought plenty of cheap battery lights in the past, these are a proper notch up.

Really good quality bright lights, love fact you can charge the battery from usb or run lights directly from Usb. Multi function feature and the size and brightness really good. Give off a warm glow.

Up in the garden. Look great.Would like for them to come on a little sooner when slightly brighter as by the time they come on it's relatively dark and since they're more accent lights it would be good if they came on when it started to go dusk rather than when it's quite dark.But they do what they say they'll do.Only open question is how waterproof they really are. Everything looks like it's tight, but the overall construction is quite light so time will tell.

I have bought these lights twice. First lot are working fine. The second ones stopped working after a month. Disappointed to say the least as the window for returns or replacement closed a few days before they stopped working.

Ok, so I had a lot of wood to spare and I thought I would build a den. So I ordered one of these to make my garden more interesting not knowing what I was in for: fair price, delivered on promised time but not only that, I didn't realise it had twinkle/still warm light mode.Totally solar powered and I don't have to tell it what to do: lights come on around 9pm and stay on until 4-5am (bearing in mind it is English summer, I suspect the lights won't stay on for as long during winter months) but then they turn off by themselves to store sun light for the following evening.Bought another 2 sets last week and I am considering buying more, it's that good. Do yourself a favour and buy it, you need this in your life.You're welcome :)

So simple to install, excellent quality and brilliant value for money. These lights are the best lights I have ever purchased. The fact the come with USB charger and also a USB connector for a plug is amazing . No worries about solar power during the winter. Excellent product.
