I take allergy medicine once every 24 hours and Flonase. This sinus support does exactly what it's named. There are times when I feel I need a little extra. I can't take any other medicine but I can take natural. I had been taken to hospital twice for stubborn sinus congestion. Those days are gone because I now keep consistent with those three things.

I love this herbal product and trust this company. The nettles works for me as an antihistamine and the eyebright as a decongestant, so I take this for allergic issues. I do need to take 3 or 4 capsules at a time, for them to be effective.

It's Okay, not as effective as some other brand - I have tried Vitalogic Allergy Formula which I felt better than this, but at least not too many bad side effects.

Had chronic post nasal drip for past 30yrs, Been taking one tablet each night for past 4 yrs with NO nasal drip! NO sinus infections, NO waking up with stickiness in back of throat making it hard to swallow. Only time I get nasal issues if I get a really bad cold, which is not often any more.
