Reusable, comfortable, and practical: ideal for use with your gel
I have been using these moldable trays with my whitening gel for 10 days, and I am very satisfied with the results. They mold easily, and the material, although thin, is durable and comfortable to use. I follow the instructions for my gel, using the trays for 30 minutes per session, and it works very well. One tip: be careful with the water temperature when molding them. It should be hot but not boiling to avoid deforming them. If you follow the instructions properly, there won't be any issues. At first, I used too much gel, and it spilled a bit onto my gums, but by adjusting the right amount, I no longer had any problems. These days, I notice my teeth are whiter and have a more even tone. I like that they are reusable and come with 4 trays and 2 cases for storage, which makes them very practical. Although it doesn't come with the gel included, I use my own whitening gel, and it works perfectly. I keep my teeth white and healthy, and I go to my dentist for a professional cleaning every 3 months. With these trays and my gel, I manage to keep my teeth as white as possible between visits.

Too large and loose
These are so loose. Their instructions are clear and easy to follow. But the trays are very large even after molding. They move around too much that the whitening gel gets diluted and washes away with saliva. Will have to find another product…

Tip for no mess, no tray whitening
I played around with the mould several times, trying different ways of shaping it to my teeth. When I applied gel and put on the mould, the gel shifted to my gums and I noticed the trays accumulated saliva, diluting the gel If you have experienced that problem too, my method might work better. I used about half a tissue paper, folded it several times to make and fit between my lip and gums. I did only upper teeth first. The tissue covered my gums as well and made my lips stick out so that they wouldnt touch my teeth. Then I applied the gel to the six front upper teeth. To swallow saliva I tilted my head backwards and swallowed without closing my mouth. I waited for 8 minutes, then removed the tissue and rinsed my mouth. Then I did my bottom teeth following the same method. It allowed me for precision application and my gums didn't hurt at all! I used a q tip for touch ups to remove any gel from gums. Bye bye nasty trays. My teeth are noticeably whiter even after one treatment. Very happy with this purchase. It looks like one syringe will last me for at least 5 applications for the whole mouth - a little goes a long way without those trays. I took one star off because I think they trays are unnecessary.

This was a very good deal and I am happy with my results.
I am one of those who usually don't write any reviews but this time I decided share my experience because what I read really helped me, so I am doing my part. Starting with the very obvious question : Yes, this stuff really works. I decided to go for the gel and tray kind of kit because I the strips did not really deliver the results I wanted. And I was kinda in a hurry to get my teeth white in 2 weeks or less. And I wanted to give this particular kit a try because of the cost, the fact that this is a complete kit with everything I needed and the good things people wrote. I do have sensitive teeth and I didn't want a product that will cause me any pain. The how water moldable mouth-trays were OK, you need to remember not to use boiling water - it needs to be hot but not that hot. Once you get them soft in water, you just press them against your teeth and suck the air out, shaping them to your teeth. You make the shape so that you can put the gel in. You will also need to trimming the trays a bit so that they don’t push into your gums - well may be you have huge teeth - IDK. Since, I am a bit weary about my sensitive teeth, I didn’t leave the gel on more than 15 minutes. But I think i would be OK with 20-25 minutes. Doing this every other day, 15 minutes was long enough my teeth white. To make sure I don’t get any gel on my gums, I made sure to use just a little bit of drop in the front of the tray, a drop per each tooth. When your tooth touches the gel drop, it spreads all over the tooth. No need to overflow the gel because you have to avoid getting the gel on your gums. Unless you want uncomfortable gums for a day or two. It burns and turns your gums a bit white. Now that I am extra careful about the gel burning my gums I tried putting a little vaseline on my gums before I put on the trays. The vaseline is like a protector. I was able to get my teeth white in less than 10 days. And I still have a ton of gel left. This was a very good deal and I am happy with my results. Hopefully, this helps others who are thinking about buying a teeth whitening product

Is there ANY peroxide in this stuff?
In 2015 I bought a whitening kit that contained syringes filled with 35% carbamide peroxide that burned like crazy. As I recall, I wasn't seeing noticeable results after using two or three tubes, so I decided it wasn't worth the pain and threw out the rest. Because of that experience, I was prepared for significant burning from this 44% carbamide peroxide product. Therefore I was surprised to find no burning at all, not even when used twice as long as instructed. NONE. I had to hot-dip the trays twice, and the second time one of them deformed and couldn't be fixed. I emailed the company who immediately sent a replacement set. Later I had a product question so I sent another email - the seller did not respond. I began cautiously with the recommended 15-minute treatments, which I continued with through #18. I was seeing little, if any results, so from #19 thru #30 I did 30 minutes each. Still no progress. I must have been using the gel more sparingly than intended, because I got 30 treatments out of 4 syringes. I was ready to give up but decided to open the last tube anyway. I did two treatments of 15 minutes each, and then tossed the remainder in the trash. I don't think I received any benefit at all - my teeth aren't any whiter. They were on the darker side of the chart when I began, so plenty of room for improvement. But when I finished, my teeth seemed to be in the same spot on the chart - possibly a shade whiter. I don't smoke, don't drink a lot of coffee and not much cola. My teeth are in fair shape and had been cleaned a few months before the kit arrived. Because there was zero burning sensation and little to no whitening, I have serious doubts the product contained the stated amount of peroxide. It was certainly a waste of my time and money.

Would not purchase again.
Not great. I followed directions for correct temperature, trays did not mold to my teeth. I attempted several times, as directions stated and would not work.

Great trays and customer service!
Great product and awesome customer service! I bought a different brand of whitening trays prior and they were very hard and did not mold well to my teeth. I tried these next- the first pair did not mold well (honestly I probably had the water too hot) the second pair molded great. I contacted customer service - the companies not Amazon- and they responded right away, sent out a replacement set of trays no charge. That is rare with companies these days and very appreciated. I would recommend these over others I have used.

Gels is good. Trays below average
Whitening works well however, trays are thick and do not mould to our teeth. You use more whitening gel. Very average

Instructions for those who didn't get them. Use at own risk, I just googled.
Instructions if you did not receive them with this product: AI Overview Another review which got instructions said 155 F so thats 68 C. Molding teeth whitening trays using hot water (often referred to as a "boil and bite" method) involves heating specialized thermoplastic trays until they are pliable, then fitting them to your teeth. While water should be hot, it is highly recommended to let it cool for 1–2 minutes after boiling rather than using actively boiling water, as this prevents the trays from melting entirely or shrinking too much. Here is a step-by-step guide based on standard procedures: 1. Preparation Boil Water: Bring a container of water to a boil, then remove it from the heat and let it rest for about 1 minute. Prepare a Cold Water Bath: Have a separate cup of cold water ready. Hold the Tray: Hold the tray by the small tab (the handle). 2. Heating (Softening) Submerge: Submerge the tray into the hot (but not boiling) water for 3 to 5 seconds. Remove Immediately: As soon as the tray begins to soften or "wilt," remove it. Do not allow it to collapse on itself. 3. Molding (Fit to Teeth) Position: Immediately place the tray over your upper teeth. Bite and Seal: Bite down lightly and, using your fingers, press the tray against the front of your teeth. Create Vacuum: Use your tongue to press the tray against the back of your teeth, sucking out any air or water to create a tight fit. Hold: Hold the tray in place for roughly 10–15 seconds to set the shape. Set: Remove the tray and place it in the cold water for 10 seconds to firm up. 4. Finishing Repeat: Repeat the entire process for the bottom tray. Trim: Use scissors to trim any excess material above the gum line to prevent irritation
