Great high quality product and a great result...it works!!
My rear window on the driver's side was working perfectly on my 2010 Titan then just stopped coming up one day. It stopped about 4 inches from the bottom and would not budge. I did some research and figured it was either the motor or the regulator (The parts that actually move the glass). It seemed smartest to replace the whole thing since I was going to be in there anyway. Oh, and one more thing...I went to a local repair shop "friend of a friend" and he wanted $300 out the door so that was motivating enough for me to attempt it. I found a video on youtube for a 2004 and used it for a reference. The door came apart fairly easily but because the mechanism runs on cables, mine was screwed up from the video in that I had a strand of a cable break and wrap itself up with the good part and rendered the whole job more complex. I couldn't move the glass without cutting the cables then had room to move. The old unit was from Phillipines and the new one is China. The new one seems better made and very high quallity. Reassebly was a cinch and all works well so far. I guess these things can fail at any time without warning so I am a little nervous about the rest of my windows now. I guess the good news is, is that if any more fail, I should be able to take care of it more quickly. Took about an hour to do the job. Need phillips head screwdriver, flat screwdriver, 10mm socket set and maybe some tape to hold the window up while you work. All in all I learned something and even had a fun time doing it. These have always been a mystery to me but now I know a little about how they work. Go for it, save the money and also make sure you have good light. You might also need some cutters if your cable is frayed like mine was.

PERFECT fit for 2008 Titan CC LE...
Great but not the cheapest replacement for drivers side rear door. With the help of the other reviewers and aforementioned YouTube videos it was a snap!!!Lube the cable and guides with ant-seize like another reviewer mentioned, great idea...One bit of advice in order to keep the positioning of the window correct in the replacement process.Use 2 Kroger plastic bags on top of the door to protect the painted surfaces and then loop 2 lengths of packing tape stuck to both the inside and outside of the window glass, one set toward the front and one set toward the rear so you are supporting the glass in 2 different spots. Then you just maneuver the old assembly out and the new one in and bolt/plug everything back up!!!The Dorman assembly also come with the properly placed wiring stays so you can take out some of your frustration of having to replace this part that should’ve lasted for the life of the dadgum truck !!!I certainly did !!!With the standard Wifey Pooh, bathroom and beer breaks this took about an hour...not too bad.Would rather have been buying and installing a nice set of Infinity speakers instead...Maybe in a couple of paychecks...

works great!
bought this for my 07 nissan titan. I actually bought both sides at the same time because both rear windows were having issues. took about 30 minutes to install. now the rear windows work better and faster than the front. impressed with the quality of the product.

Worth it!
I didn't have use of my back window for a few years, turns out the old unit was completely frayed/busted. This fit perfectly and now the window works great. Units has worked flawlessly for 2 months of continued use (winter in AZ is open window season). The unit rolls faster than the opposite side. I might just have to purchase it again when/if the other side fails. Worth the buy so far.
