Arches is the best!
I have tried a lot of watercolor paper and this is my favorite. I wish it wasn't so expensive , especially in block format. It has good texture and withstands multiple washes and lifting. I highly recommend it!

I have no idea why I was able to get this paper that is always on the upwards of $35+ at $7, but I jumped and bought 3. You can never go wrong with the brand, but no artist can deny the cost, and no artist can say they haven’t ventured out for another more affordable option, but regretful because the artist bought crap and then bought the good stuff. So cheers to $7 Arches!
