I put this up over my garden last summer, and it was great. That's why I bought it again. The Phoenix, AZ weather wore it out after a year, but that's not bad. We have 115 degree temperatures, and horrific storms with very high winds, torrential rain, and hail. I'm pleased it held up that well. I'll buy it again next year!

This shade cloth was exactly what we needed. Used to make shade covers for the plants after the neighbors removed a beautiful 60 year old oak tree. We built frames from cedar and attached them to the fence with hinges . The frames are propped with PVC pipes in the outer corners at about a 45 degree angle.No issues with the fold in the middle, was able to stretch it over the frame we built. Can't even see it.30% shade is perfect: not too much, not too little.

This material has unfinished edges, however, in Arizona it provides a perfect shade percentage compared to the big box store shades that I previously used that provide too much shade. The material is strong and held up well for the two months or so I've had it in the sun. For the money, this material is a great value and the provided shade is perfect. The unfinished edges (not sewn or surged) and the plastic, clip-on grommets are a drawback.

The shade cloth came in excellent condition, and to my surprise even had sewen edges on two sides. It also came with plenty of grommets. I saw no tears or holes in the entire piece. Extremely happy as of now. I am hoping that after a big wind I will still be happy, I will wait and see, but looking at how well it seems to be put together I believe I will be.

Avoided sunburn on delicate succulents. Purchased this item as it was easy to cut and did not unravel
