Review: Good sharp knife - Works great for what I needed. I wanted a knife to cut bacon, brisket, and samgyupsal. It is good sharp and nice and thin and long for cutting thin slices. I'm able to slice back by hand and get decently even and thin slices without the need for a large slicer.

Works great for what I needed. I wanted a knife to cut bacon, brisket, and samgyupsal. It is good sharp and nice and thin and long for cutting thin slices. I'm able to slice back by hand and get decently even and thin slices without the need for a large slicer.

Was concerned about buying this product because of the cost but it turned out to be extremely sharp and very easy to use. The only problem is the sheath that it comes in . this was not very well designed as you could possibly cut yourself.
