I'm your average DIY'er who has to learn how to use stuff like this. These knives work great. Very subtle yet strong. I was installing drywall and they allow a consistent pressure with good feedback when applying joint compound. They clean up fast and look as if I haven't even used them. Nice.

The wooden handles are a nice feature when your hands get a little wet when working.

This is probably the best set of knives I've ever owned for taping drywall/patching walls before painting. 2 inch blade is perfect for mixing up joint compound in a pan. 1 inch is great for getting the detail corners between frames. A 6 inch would be nice, and if they had a metal cap on the handle for denting in nail holes.

Klingen hervorragend verarbeitet, dünn geschliffen und hochglanzpoliert. Griffe leider nicht ganz trocken aufgenietet, dadurch etwas Spalt zwischen Holz und Klinge und dadurch locker; ich habe alle Griffe nachgetrocknet und nachgenietet und dann mit Leinöl eingelassen. Die Lasergravur der Griffe ist eigentlich genial bei schmierigen Arbeiten, aber leider ist viel zu flach ins Buchenholz eingraviert, um wirklich nützlich zu sein.Da und bei dem Trocknen der Griffschalen könnte der Hersteller noch etwas nachbessern.Ansonsten wirklich sehr, sehr gute und funktionelle SpachtelnVon mit eine klare Kaufempfehlung.

These are great scrapers. They are flexible and have a sharp edge so ideal for scraping off old sealant & apply filler. The handles are untreated so before I used them I put a little boiled linseed oil on them, to seal them. Seem well made.March 2023, 12 months of using them and them are a good as ever. They have remained flexible, have not dulled or bent out of shape and hold their edge.

Great quality filling knifes, not to flimsy but felixlbe enough to do what the need to do.

I have used these knives before and had no problems at all. But for some reason this time the 2 inch one was so flimsy and flexible it has snapped when apply very little pressure with some easy fill on a couple old nail holes. If someone would like to contact me to send me a replacement I would be great full for that as it’s easier and quicker than a refund and I cannot buy 2 inch separately
