This is my second time purchasing this bag, and unfortunately I am extremely disappointed once again. The first time I bought it, I had to return it because of the exact same defect. At that time, I assumed it might have been a one-time issue or a faulty piece, so I decided to give the product another chance and ordered it again. Sadly, after receiving the replacement, I noticed that the same quality problem still exists, which clearly shows that this is not just a one-off mistake but a recurring issue with the product. I actually purchased this bag as a gift for my mother, thinking it would be a beautiful and elegant present that she would proudly carry. I trusted the brand and expected good quality for the price. Unfortunately, the experience turned out to be very upsetting. When my mother used the bag, the defect was clearly visible, and it looked poorly finished. During a family gathering, some of our relatives even noticed the issue, and it became quite embarrassing for her. Instead of feeling happy and appreciated for the gift, she felt ashamed because the bag looked like a very low-quality product. This was particularly disappointing for me because I wanted to give her something special. Seeing her uncomfortable about using the bag was honestly very frustrating. A gift should bring joy, not embarrassment. I honestly did not expect this level of poor quality. The material, finishing, and stitching of the bag look defective and cheap. Loose stitching and poor construction make it look like the product was not properly checked before being sold. For a brand that claims to offer stylish and reliable bags, this product definitely does not meet those expectations. Another frustrating part of this experience is the return process. Even after returning the defective product, the marketplace fee is not refunded, which feels extremely unfair to customers. When a product is defective or poorly manufactured, the customer should not have to lose money because of it. It gives the impression that the system is not fully protecting buyers from faulty products. Overall, this has been a very disappointing and frustrating experience from start to finish. I gave this product a second chance, but unfortunately the quality issue remained the same. Because of this repeated problem, I would not recommend this bag to anyone. I truly hope the company improves its quality control and ensures that defective products are not repeatedly sent to customers, because buyers deserve much better than this.
