I don't have this kind of money to loose because of a poorly made clasp. I am 70 years old and on a fixed income and did not even get 15 months out of it it until it fell apart and was lost. stand by your product and do the right thing. i will continue to contact Amazon for help in resolving this problem. this is not fair to a customer who had faith in your company and bought my chain from you!
