I have purchased two necklaces from Nuragold (22in/2.5mm & a 24in/4mm. both have arrived extremely fast (usually next day or day after) and arrived exactly as described. Both necklaces are beautiful and shows great craftsmanship. 10/10 all the way. Will definitely use NG for all gold chain purchases in the future

Please let us know how you would like to proceed. your clasp's are junk and i cannot send you pictures of the chai as it has come apart and lost, this is why i contacted amazon, when it first happened i found it in my bed, i then took it to a local jeweler who stated the clasp was made poorly and it would cost me $180.00 to replace it. they suggested they have one of their jeweler's try and close it better first and see if this would work, the other day i went to shower and the neckless was gone! i went threw my house looking for it for 3 day's without any luck. this is gold and it was a gift to myself, there is no reason why a clasp should be made this poorly on such a nice chain. i think i should be compensated for this as I am not rich and the clasp is why i do not have the nice gold chain that i bought from you! I don't have this kind of money to loose because of a poorly made clasp. I am 70 years old and on a fixed income and did not even get 15 months out of it it until it fell apart and was lost. stand by your product and do the right thing. i will continue to contact Amazon for help in resolving this problem. this is not fair to a customer who had faith in your company and bought my chain from you! Sincerely, NG Support Team ok so as i explained 2x your clasp's are made cheap and you keep feeding me BS, so at this point i will refer my problem to amazon A to Z department for further action! and i will also write a review with my issue with your chain and your response and attach it to your Amazon page with the chain under customer feed back, so in future other Amazon customers are pre warned that your claps on your product are junk and if they buy your product expect it to fall off sometime in the near future, this way other customers will not get ripped off by Nuragoldoffial in the future! you have taught me a valuable lesson, do not buy from 3rd party sellers on Amazon as they do not stand by their products! you can see this all under your customer review's on your chain page! thank you for nothing!, please do not respond as of now it's up to Amazon to make their customer happy as you have not!!!!

That's a 20". I would have preferred a 21" or 22". It's not like the picture you see. It's hollow , very light weight. It does not bother when sleeping with it on, I'm one to remove my earrings because it bothers me, thought I do the same for the chain, but not at all.

The shipping has to be the fastest shipping ever! The necklace is very nice has a little weight to it so it wears nicely and looks beautiful.

My wife adores this chain, look great even better , it looks great on her. Just dont think you can go wrong if this is the type of necklace your looking for. Well made gold pretty.

ATTENTION! DO NOT BUY THIS! THIS IS PRETTY MUCH A SCAM! After not even using this chain for half an year it completely broke. Durability is absolutely poor. Have in mind this very poorly produced and the quality of the chain is low. Worst of all this seller won't even give a refund now! Let me explain: All I have now is a broken chain minus the amount I paid for it. Who's to be held accountable for that? It surely can't be me, because I wore it and that is the product purpose. Therefore, the seller should be held accountable for selling products that are not living up to basic guidelines for jewelry, and worst of all, they're not living to their own guidelines. To back my arguments, I've noticed a decent amount of other reviews of the seller implying they've been scammed as well like me. They've been sold broken chains and same scenario as me even their chains broke as well after a while. The seller should be held responsible for letting this happen over and over. And as far as I know their Store Policies are literally illegal. They have no authentic warranty for their products.
