I'll be returning the product and looking for a piece made with better quality. It has enough tension on the ring that as you move the ring, it stays where you want it to. It also came with a neat hook that you can attach to the wall or somewhere and hang your phone using the ring that is now attached to your phone. It is a big thick and adds size to the thickness of the phone. The product definitely has quality.
