Apple iPhone 12, 64GB, Blue (Renewed)

Was very wary of buying a renewed phone, but decided I would try and if anything was wrong, I would return to amazon and get a refund. Phone arrived next day, I was home all day and delivery person just shoved phone through letterbox, didn't ring doorbell or knock door. Lucky it landed onto a mat, but I was worried it might be damaged. I was really pleased, phone looked pristine, no scratches or scuffs.There was a lead in box but no plug, I borrowed one, at first charging took ages and only reached 80%. I ordered a fast charging plug the same day and with that, the phone charged to 100% very quickly. Been using it for nearly 2 weeks and so far all is good. Hopefully this will continue.

I bought my iPhone 12 after owning an iPhone 8 for many years and I couldn’t believe the condition the iPhone was in it looks brand new not a single scratch,dent and has a brilliant battery life and I really can’t fault it “.you can buy them at different prices relating to condition I paid the top price of £182 but if you don’t mind scratches and marks the price is lower.Really happy with the purchase.

Awful - only think good is their refund process ! I purchased in January and loved the phone , transfer from old phone was great and I was happy . However, after a few months it became ‘possessed’ - texting and randomly calling people as soon as I touched the screen . I contacted the company and sent back , I asked for a replacement as by this point I had purchased accessories for the iPhone 12 (case, screensavers etc) . Despite stating on the policy repair, replacement or refund the only option I was given was a refund. This was not ideal but fast forward a few weeks and deciding I’d just been unlucky I reordered the iPhone 12 . Again it arrived , perfect condition and I happily set it up , however less than a month after purchase it ‘died’ ! I was out walking listening to my audiobook and it went blank. No amount of charging , forced resets worked so again I contacted the company. Again I was as to return and I asked them to please send a replacement, yet again I’ve been told I will get a refund! I’m now in a position where I have a beautiful case , screen protector (came in a pack of 3) for this non existent iPhone 12 . I’ve had to change all my passwords AGAIN as I don’t trust factory resets and have had nothing but hassle, returning involves printing labels , packaging items etc with a sorry at the end . I’ve just had a message from Amazon saying the reason I’m getting a refund is I returned the item - true but only because it didn’t work and I feel faulty item would be a better description!

I ordered red iPhone 12 128GB in excellent condition and arrived in 2 business days, already the screen and phone was in near perfect condition with nearly no scratches and I couldn’t find any smudges.The phone was powered off and was unlocked with 2 apps open, the settings and an app for testing the phone systems so I can already confirm it was tested for working condition.I have no negative comments except a few improvements such as factory reset the phone so it is “brand new” as this was a gift for someone. No worries though as I can factory reset it myself. I found the phone wrapped in bubble wrap twice fold. In addition, the charger cable and plug that came with the box was 3rd party design and the plug had 2 usb inputs. The charger cable was black and 3ft|1m. It strangely works without any difficulty so can’t complain.Overall this was a worthy purchase and good deal and can only hope they send the phone and charger in better protection or maybe send official charger and plug for future purchases from other customers. 👍

Was apprehensive at first due to not being able to actually see a reconditioned product before purchasing, but went ahead and bought an 'excellent' condition iPhone 12. Everything is great! 100% battery capacity, no heating up, charging port and wire work perfectly. Only some VERY superficial scratching around the outside of the camera lens (presumably from where the previous owner kept putting the phone down without a case on it). Super happy with my purchase!

Fantastic from start to finish. Order placed & was dispatched so quickly, arrived in perfect condition, no scratches or marks. 91% battery health. I’m so happy that I’ve ordered another from this seller for my husband! Thank you so much for such a positive experience, it’s a rarity these days but you guys have nailed it.

Phone functions well and is fit for purpose. Screen recognition and touch work well. Bought for an elderly man to communicate moslty through voice calls and the rest is a bonus to him. Can't complain about anything else good value for money. Customer service is excellent when contacted several times. Easy to set up and speed is fine. He is very pleased with the phone as it works did not want to return for 78% battery, happy to ontinue using it. Massive upgrade on previous galaxy which was falling apart. Would use seller again.
