I was pleased with the overall color I got, although it's subtle. That's generally my preference, though, as I don't want a deep tan, just a little color. This is a thicker and richer formula that goes on smoothly. As long as you exfoliate occasionally and work it in well, you shouldn't get streaks. The initial scent was a kind of pineapple/coconut scent, but it fades really quickly to the scent of what I assume is the DHA. That scent is the one that lingers, and I don't love it. I don't think anyone you're talking to will smell it, but I definitely did.
