Speed Demons 31" SPD 39 Series Risk Taker- W/Vertical Hanger

Bought this to get back into slaring after a 12 years. The board felt pretty solid. The bushings are no good. They basically blew out after only a couple days of mostly flat ground tricks. The washers bent after tightening the kingpin nut, to the point of no longer being able to adjust the bushing tightness anymore. Two very large pressure cracks developed after a few days of flip tricks on flat ground. The whole bottom ply with the design is starting to come off after only two weeks. The trucks are a bit heavy. The bearings are okay after you lube them. The wheels are alright on smooth surfaces only. Speed demons quality is not what I remember from 10 years ago. Horrible glue job. Don't buy this unless it's for a small child who is just starting out. It will not hold up to high impact for more than a few days to a week. Also the board is kind of on the heavier side overall as a 9ply.

This is underrated board for the money. I had one as my first board and it’s great to learn on.
