Great bit for drilling into tree stumps.
This bit was amazing. I needed it to drill into 3 stumps. It was smooth and worked as it should have. I was able to drill 7 holes each into 3 different stumps with ease. If I needed a different size bit, I'd buy from this place again.

Very sharp and can handle hard wood
The drill bit worked perfectly. I expect that it will last a long time given its quality.

Good inexpensive long auger that performs well
I used this drill to make holes in creosote RR ties for rebar support. Works well.

Don't drill too deep!
It worked to about 2-3", then was hard to get further down. I got a little carried away in one area when it started to go deeper and then it got stuck and I can't get it out! So project only got 30% done. That bit will be stuck there all summer!

Great for docks
Fantastic drill bit for going through large wooden poles for a dock. Just be careful not to touch it after using too much, get a bit hot.

Drilled approximately 40 holes with my 18v drill through 6x6 pt , drilled the last hole just as well as the first, very clean holes, feed screw never stripped out, shavings extracted very well, very nice heavy reusable plastic case, seems to be very well made. Will be purchasing other sizes, GREAT drill for a GREAT price
