I bought these because my 8-year-old and I have ADHD and Misophonia and we needed something to get the noise problem under control so we can focus on normal life stuff. These work AMAZINGLY for that.The set comes with two pairs, one stronger, one weaker. My 8-year-old wears the weaker pair to school. He can hear his teachers and friends talking to him, but the sounds of pencils scratching, papers ripping, and classmates sniffling disappear so he can focus on his work.I wear the stronger pair at home so the sound of my toddler screeching for fun doesn't break my brain, and the normal day-to-day noises (washer, dryer, kids playing, etc) don't distract me when I need to work. I can still hear my kids and spouse talking to me, but when they struggle with volume control, these earplugs handle that for them. Sometimes I sit outside wearing them just to enjoy the peace of having the world on mute, but without the worry of my kids needing me without me realizing.8-year-old and I can also now enjoy dinner with the family without hearing anyone chewing, slurping, or scraping their plates with their forks.I had worried about sizing, but my son says his earplugs fit fine and are comfortable. Mine are also very comfortable. I attached the cord to his and sent the case with him to school to help prevent him from losing his pair.So far, I am thrilled with these earplugs and intend to buy at least one more set so that we can both switch strengths as needed. They've drastically improved our quality of life and I wish I'd tried them sooner. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Hear the good stuff *by J***N on September 12, 2016* I purchased these for a music festival, and because I am an avid concert goer. I like to be as close as possible to the stage, but it's hard to enjoy the music with a headache. This product comes with 2 pairs of headphone- white for high noise reduction, and green for low noise reduction. I used the green ones at the festival and was able to carry on a normal conversation and hear the music perfectly, but just liek the volume was turned down some. It made the experience much more enjoyable. I used the white higher noise reduction plugs at a concert where the noise was more concentrated. i was able to party and dance right near the speakers with no problems. I was worried that because these are made to be so small and discrete that I would lose them, but the carrying case has a key ring on it which is great for keeping it close. It also comes with a strap that you an fit onto the earplugs and keep them on that way. I didn't use the strap so no one even knew I had them on. Great product. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Good but easy to lose *by J***. on April 24, 2018* I am a musician and a subway commuter. I bought these earplugs for reading on the train and long evenings at rehearsal. I find that they are among the best earplugs I have tried in terms of fidelity. They cut volume down to a comfortable level for extended exposure while still letting enough mid and high frequencies through that I can understand what I am hearing. They wouldn't be great for total sound blockage, but they're very nice for reducing ear fatigue in loud environments.Unfortunately, they are also rather small and easy to lose, especially since they're clear. The canister that they come in is a bit narrow, and it can be hard to fish the plugs out. Sometimes I use a car key, and I worry that it may look like I am about to perform some sort of illicit sniffing activity. This whole ordeal also led to me losing one of the plugs within a week or two of getting them-- it got dropped on the floor of a dark club while I was trying to fish it out of its canister. Whoops. They're also potentially easy to lose in your ear canal-- I find that the stems are a bit short, and I sometimes feel like I'm one misstep away from a very sticky situation. On the upside, this also means that they're Very Discrete!
