In my experience, ALL of the Siddha products are amazing. I purchased this at a health store but found it a few bucks cheaper on Amazon - for this particular one. It alleviates melancholy, glumness, and mental-emotional fatigue. I suffered PTSD from anaphalactix shock a few years ago and have been diagnosed with SVT (supra-ventricular tachycardia). I really appreciate this product along with Siddha's "Grief and Loss", and "Energy and Motivation". Just a couple of sprays under the tongue and I could feel a difference very quickly. It may be different for everyone but I really noticed a difference using less than the label indicates (4-5 sprays in the morning and repeated at night before bed).It seems to me that as the days rolled by, I felt better and did not need to keep taking it. I have not had a SVT event since taking these sprays. Its important that you catch yourself in the moment with these homeopathic sprays to get the best advantage of what they have to offer. But even in the worst part of the stress, these products have an amazing effect for overall improvement.Siddha has "Emotional Detox" and so many other sprays in the series, it is worth it to check them all out. I used to use other products by this brand last year, with good results, but forgot to reorder. It's so subtle the effects of these. This is an excellent and very unique spray, I absolutely love them.I've used quite a few of the siddha sprays and they don't disappoint, I would highly recommend these sprays, I can really feel the difference after using these, they help with emotional balance, they are truly amazing and very gentle, no alcohol even.

I was introduced to this line at the health food section of a grocery store. I've used other well known flower essence sprays that have worked well. This product, I felt, does what it says and really helps take the edge off. I have to say if you suffer from severe anxiety don't think this will cure it. I've learned how to get out of my head and be in the moment and this spray helps keep me there.

I’ve used this type of holistic drops over a decade, but this particular one does not work. I used the whole bottle as directed and have no change what so ever. I’m highly sensitive and do feel even immediately and flight changes. This was a waist of my money and I could return it since I already used the bottle.
