Absolutely Amazing!! BUY this and say bye to blockage!
I’m actually shocked this worked. I’d been dealing with a blocked right ear for a few days. Nothing I tried worked. Trust me, I’ve watched nearly every video on YouTube pertaining to a blocked ear lol. I added a few drops of almond oil to the ear the day before (NHS website says olive or almond oil) and tried rinsing it out in the shower, to no avail. I ordered this as a last resort, because I tried everything else. I used a glass of warm salt water, and filled the suction ball. Then, I pulled my ear up and out to straighten the canal. I placed the tip slightly in my ear near the bottom, so there was room for any wax to fly out. To my shock, it got every single bit of the blockage out! I can now hear perfectly again! If you’re in doubt, please just try this. I think it’s important to pull the ear back and out whilst doing it, to allow the wax out in the easiest and fastest way. Good luck :)

Does the job.
If considering the production costs this is probably an overpriced item. However, it is worth it because it’s easy to use and effective.Having been told the main reason older people hear less well is wax build up.The main liquid wax removers recommend flush with water after their use.Leaning over the sink this is quickly done.I would recommend this product.

Did the job
This is the second one I have bought but this one is a different brand. It's a little bit smaller than I expected so obviously it holds less water, because of that, I needed more attempts to remove the dirt from my ears. That said, it did the job and I'm pleased I can now hear and my ears feel really clean. As a little guide, I tend to half fill my bathroom sink with warm water, not hot, just warm enough that I can stand, the theory being, the warmer the water is the quicker the wax will soften. It as also a good idea to use earwax oil for a few days before you use it, again to help soften it and speed up the removal.Overall all, it's a good product but have marked it off one star because it's a little expensive for its size, but I think you can see pass that if it does the job for you.

Amazing
Fortunately for you, I'm not including any photos to show how good this thing is. After a week or so of dropping olive oil into my ears, I came at them with the rubber suction thing, and boy did it suck the accumulated detritus of God knows how many years out of my lugs. It was totally gross, but I had my hearing back. Very satisfying in an Alien vs John Hurt way.

Easy to use
I've started getting really bad blocked ears and these have been a life saver. Easy to use and clean - good for the medicine cupboards.

Useless.
My inital thoughts on this "[insert 100 buzzwords]" is that if it works for you, then you either didn't need to buy this or never had a blocked ear in the first place. The idea behind it is that you just squirt several drops of warm water in your ear without putting the nozzle in your ear. There is no difference between this and getting a shower and letting a few drops of water get into your ear, which, interestingly enough, is the one thing I have been told by several audiologists that I should never do. Suggesting using water to unblock your ear is like suggesting petrol to put out a fire.Instructions are unclear, full of grammatical errors and are almost totally contradictory and that's only if you manage to get through the various buzzwords and verbal diarrhea on this page. If there is something I am missing, please do get back to me as I would sure love to hear again. Also worth noting that if you use an olive oil ear spray, there is no point in using this as the whole point of taking the spray is to stop water from entering your ear canal and to soften the earwax. If you are able to get your ear syringed, go for that option, as this is nothing at all like a DIY ear syringe kit.

100% worked for me
I was demented with ear wax build up in my left ear. Visited Doctor who advised olive oil for 7 days to soften ear wax. Then use this marvellous thing. Doctor assured me that I couldn’t squirt it into my ear with too much pressure. I didn’t believe my Doctor until I used this amazing product on myself. Believe me it took a big lump of horrible wax out of my ear easily. I was afraid at first but after a couple of squirts my ear was clear and my hearing is perfect. Medical olive oil plus this product saved me £55 going to specsavers for their ear wax service.
