Great cup for arthritic hands
I purchased this cup for my 90+ year old father, who has severe, unrelenting gout in his hands. Previous cups that we had tried were too big in circumference for his hands, but this one is perfect in size and the shaped sides make it the easiest-to-grip cup he has had in years. (He does not use the lid.) It seems very sturdy and washes easily.

Small and overpriced
Like an inexpensive kid’s sippy cup for triple the cost.

Great idea, but cup cracks easily!
These cups are perfect for me. I have trouble holding into regular drinking cups of glasses and these are perfect size. I also like that questioned over, they don't spill much. The reason for only three stars is because when trying to secure the lid, using very little pressure, the cups crack and then leak.

By far a great option except for fidgety person with late stage dementia
The cup works as described. Well made, easy for patient to handle and use. The longer spout really helped the patient drink a nutrition shake without pouring down the chin and without running into the nose of glasses. When assisting with drinking, controlling the flow using the vacuum holes in the lid works great. The overall design works well with two exceptions:(1) The top does not lock onto the cup. This was a problem for us as the dementia patient fidgets and somehow dislodged the lid while drinking making a big mess with a nutrition shake. We can ensure the lid stays in place as long as we supervise the patient using the cup. It would be great if the lid and cup had a simple set of threads (e.g. 1/8 turn) to lock the lid in place. I have looked at a bunch of other cup options.(2) The cup does not come in red with a solid red lid. The red color really helps the patient identify and manipulate tableware including cups. This cup is by far still the best option. Enabling the lid to lock would enable less direct supervision.

The top of comes off easily it is dropped
One of the most important features of a spill cup is to prevent spills. Unfortunately, this cup's top comes off when dropped just a foot, creating a spill... I think that I made my point of the one star rating.

It spills
The top off when it tips to the side. Absolute opposite of its intended purpose. Don’t buy this product!!

The lid does NOT stay in place at all :(
I had great expectations when I ordered this item. But, the lid does not stay in place at all. Very disappointing - because the spout/beaker is the ideal length to fit into an adult mouth.
