It’s 11 cm at the base and 20cm high. The size is good as not too heavy when full.

Do drips flow back into container

I use it for olive oil. It is easy to control the flow of the oil and I've not experienced any drips so yes, they do flow back into the container. It's a great product.

Is there a cap on the pourer for storage purpose?

You don't need a cap. Nothing will leak out except when you tip it up. The slim spout protrudes slightly. It's a great buy. The best 'drizzler' I've had by a long way. And it looks very stylish on my worktop, too.
