Will the case fit oversized sun glasses?

It depends on what you mean by oversized. The case isn't huge. My sunglasses aren't small and they fit well, but I wouldn't call them oversized. The inside of the case is 6" X 2-1/4" X 1-1/4".

What is this made of? I want to buy this for my brother and he is vegan so he would not want it to be made with leather.

I don'have a neoprrene case, just a cloth and a case for my readers. I think the hard case will be too big for the neoprene one, but mabe someone else will answer your question. By the way, these are nice hard cases for not much money. Good luck.
