I was surprised how good this little ring light is. It clips on easily, feels sturdy, and the different brightness levels really make a difference. My video calls look much clearer now, even in the evening. Simple to use and works exactly as described. Definitely a good buy!

Light weight and good size/ doesn’t take up a lot of space. Comes with a small tripod attachment and a clip attachment for your computer monitor. Light has varying levels of brightness for both light settings and easy to use. I give it 4 stars because: The clip attachment would be better if it was a twist adjustment to your monitor/laptop. It clamps a little too hard and I do not want to be responsible for damaging work provided equipment.

This video conferencing lighting kit honestly surprised me in the best way. The light is bright but super soft, so my face looks clear without that harsh glare you sometimes get. It clips on easily, stays steady, and the adjustable brightness and color tones make it really simple to get the right look whether I’m on a work call, recording a video, or chatting with family.

The light on this is pretty nice and I actually like theses accessories compared to those other suction cup ones. The first thing I will say about this is that it does require a power source as it does not run on batteries. It does not take very much power. You could use a battery pack to power this device. I opted to just use my computer USB port. There are controls on the wire. The wire is pretty long so you do not have to worry about it being too short to reach your monitor. The switch has a dimmer switch and color switch on the controls. There is also a power switch in the middle. The cable is integrated into the light so if you break the cable, it is very difficult to replace. There controls are also lit up so you can see the buttons even in the darker room. The cable is long but a bit thing in material so if you happen to get it caught on something and pull you might break it. The long cable makes it great for desktop and ensures it can reach your computer. The lightning is pretty nice. It is not too bright so you not going to be blinded by it just looking your camera. You can adjust the brightness accordingly. There is a big enough opening so your camera and be placed in the inner circle. The accessories are what make this more usable with the device. There are several other accessories for this such as the clamp and tripod. The clamp is what I opted to use as I want it as close to my camera as possible. The clamp is very secure and comes with pads in between so it does not damage your monitor. The circumference is big enough so that you can fit your webcam inside to give you the best lighting experience. It also gives you a tripod but the tripod is short. This I feel is more for your laptop rather than desktop. The tripod is very sturdy and easy to install the lightning to it and the clamp. The light has several different settings from warm to bright light. Overall this has a good light. The clamp makes it very secure to put on top of your monitor with fear of damage and it falling off. The light is bright so you definitely get a better webcam experience. The only down side is the that USB cable is a bit on the thin side so I am scared it might break over time which makes the device useless or difficult to repair.

I bought this color because I started blogging, and it's not always convenient for me to use large lamps. This lamp is very compact, and it's great that you can use it with a tripod or a clip. It moves so well, 360°. I can attach it in one place and direct the light in any direction, no matter where I'm shooting. It's very small and light, easy to take with me, and it connects to the power supply via USB. There are five light settings, and each one can be made brighter or dimmer. Overall, it's a simple but very easy-to-use lamp. I definitely recommend it!

This is a great light for the price: the light is bright, you can adjust the brightness up and down, and you have multiple light ambiance settings from warm to neutral to cool. As a light, it does a great job. I do have three issues with this product though, which is why I gave it 3 stars: 1) There is a screw clamp built into the head of the unit where the light attaches to the clamp to allow you to adjust the position of the light while it's loose, and tighten it to hold the light in place once you've put it into the proper position for your needs. On mine, the screw would not tighten enough to properly hold the light in place. I had to place a scrunchy around the base of the ring and stretch it over the top of the computer clamp behind it in order to keep the ring light itself upright and keep it from flopping forward/facing downward. This is annoying, and means I can't adjust the light to face any other direction w/o figuring out a new way to rig it (I can't fix this w/o destroying the plastic casing that covers the assembly). 2) The computer clamp is great - very strong and made of a metal type material, BUT the padding on the inside is too thin. I have a gaming laptop with a screen that goes almost to the edges, and this was almost too much grip without enough padding - it was visibly bending/biting into my actual screen b/c I don't have large margins of plastic and frame around the edges, and I couldn't pull the clamp out any farther or the whole contraption would have flopped over from the weight of the ring light assembly. I ended up using some soft, large makeup pads to add enough extra padding to protect my screen. 3) More of a minor thing, but the stand it comes with is decent, but it's really, really short. It would have been much more useful if it had telescoping legs that were at least 12"-18" tall instead of about 6", so the light is always straight on your face or slightly above you, no matter where your computer is sitting. I tried placing it on a shelf my laptop sits on in front of me so the screen is even with my eyes, and still it lit me from underneath and made me look like I was getting ready to start an episode of Tales from the Crypt. =P I suppose I could have mounted it on the wall above my laptop or something, but for the few times I need this light, it's not practical. I ended up using the clamp on top of my monitor even though I'm still a little concerned it will hurt my laptop's screen over time b/c of how strong the grip is. I realize that this is an inexpensive product, so I wasn't expecting it to be perfect or super high quality. But I was expecting it to work, and be a little thoughtful. Some very small tweaks (at least a working ring clamp, and thicker padding on the clamp or a clamp with less pressure at the end and more distributed pressure throughout the clamp's surface) would have made it easy for me to give it 5 stars instead of 3.

This video lighting lamp is great! It's small enough that it is easy to pack in your laptop bag. The lamp can be very bright or you can dim it to a lower intensity. It also allows you to shift between cool white lighting and warmer yellow lighting to get the look you want. It is easy to attach to the monitor clip or the tripod to position it exactly where you want. It just plugs into the USB port on you computer for power so you can use it outdoors too. It's easy to switch among the settings with the little controller.
