SEBSON motion detectors are all suitable for LEDs, incandescent bulbs and other energy-saving bulbs. The maximum power consumption for LED bulbs starts at 300W and goes up to 1,000W.

Can this motion detector also be used outdoors?

A motion detector for outdoor use should have a protection class of at least IP44. Motion detectors with a protection class of IP44, IP54 or IP65 are conventionally used for outdoor applications.

What is the difference between IR and HF motion detectors?

The difference lies mainly in how they work. An IR motion detector detects heat radiation, while an HF motion detector emits microwaves and analyses their reflections.

Where is the best installation location for optimal detection?
