Raw Brazil nuts this brand tastes delicious! I subscribe to receive them every 2 months so I’m never out. I have osteoporosis and these are the best nuts to eat calcium iron potassiumAs soon as my stomach starts to growl, I eat several of these, before the meal and it helps to curb my appetite.I highly recommend this brand it’s high-quality!

Quality and taste is good
Flavor is good and the price is good as well. The only difference between this brand and the ones I bought before is the chaff on the nuts. These have more chaff which is the only reason I only gave 4 stars.

They are fresh!
The nuts were fresh.My husband and I each eat 2 per day to help lower our cholesterol. (Per a doctor - Warning - don’t eat too many because too many can be harmful!)At any rate, this package is the perfect size to stay fresh to the end of the package.I put half in a crystal biscuit jar for convenience and keep the other half in the sealed package until we are ready to replenish the jar.

Brazil Nuts for Selenium
Nuts can be super healthy addition for many to their diet, in moderation. We Added the Brazil nuts for selenium, 2-3 daily no more. Apparently, it is dangerous to eat too many . This brand was recommended and I agree that they were , excellent quality , fresh texture and raw with no noticeable salt . The only negative was the size of both the nuts and the overall cost . However, I only eat a few daily .
