If you get NOVUS 3 be sure to get NOVUS 1 & 2 to complete the job.

it did remove small surface scratches but didn't do much for the larger deeper one.

I mainly purchased the products for my eyes glasses, I followed all of the steps. The products actually destroyed my glasses.

We are producing some prototype light guide modifications for some neutron detectors. The sanding left too many scratches for the Novus #2 polish so I called in Novus #3 as reinforcements. So, far it is holding up the line and we have proceeded to Novus #2 and #1 to finish the job. My student should have their project polished and ready to go soon. It's a bit pricey but I don't have a feel for the costs of such products. We don't need very much so the 8 oz. bottle was plenty. If these prototypes work out well we will be need a bunch more and I'll be back.

So far, I'm not all that pleased. Liquid is very thick and tends to dry out in lid so spout gets clogged shut. I'm in midst of difficult project: making MP4 backups of huge DVD library, acquired over 25 plus years. Some of the DVDs were bought used and have scratches. My hope had been that this product would actually handle the scratches, but so far without much success. I have electric device for cleaning and repairing discs, but it requires a tiny drop of repair fluid onto buffing pads. This fluid is very thick & dries hard right at the opening of pour spout, making it near impossible to make a hole through the clog, actually requiring a sewing needle to make the hole. And then only teensy nearly invisible scratches are improved. Big disappointment!
