Good mineral specimen putty
I bought this to use with small mineral specimens. I finally got my acrylic display bases in and got to try out this putty. I like that you get a lot of product. It's easy to tear off in small amounts. So far it's adhering my specimens well to the bases. I'm finding sometimes I don't use enough product and the rock falls off the base. Once I add a little more to help support the right spots, they're good. It's easy to remove off the bases if you need to adjust positioning. Also good for protecting the points on crystal towers when mailing to make sure they don't sustain any damage.

Easy removal, no staining, good hold
A little goes a ways and it is reusable. I have used this putty to fix cracked plastic on a blind string, to fix watercolor pans into a pallet so I’m still able to move them around when needed, to help hold down paper references, to help hold paintings flat in my light box to take photos without damaging the painting, to fix an inexpensive paintbrush that came off the handle etc. I bought for the watercolor pans but this is now my third purchase (not because I ran out but because I lost it in a move). I have not had this putty damage anything or have an issue with removal or staining. Highly recommend!

Works well, don't use too much
This stuff is very functional and a good value. Easy to work with and holds well. Unlike the products that come in the form of pre-cut dots, you can mold it into any shape you like, which is a huge plus. A couple of caveats, however: careful not to use too much, careful not to place it too close to the edge, and careful not to press too, too hard. Wanting to make sure it would hold, I made the mistake of putting some decent-sized (relative to the size of the item), but not huge, blobs in the corners of picture frames and pressing hard. At some point in the subsequent months, I noticed that the putty had sort of drooled down the wall (on a more or less white wall, these spots looked like bad paint drips; on a colored wall, they would have looked a lot worse). Easy enough to peel/scrape off, but it was disconcerting to see this sticky, drippy thing running down my wall for no good reason. But, again, this should be avoidable if you go easy on the amount, set your blob of putty a half-inch or so in from the edge of the picture frame or whatever the object in question may be, and don't press too hard.

Easy to use
I bought this putty to put on the bottom of things I don’t want to tip or fall over. Works great and is easy to take off if you want to put the item somewhere else.

This stuff is so versatile! I always have on hand.
I use this on so many things. Especially items I do not want broken or moved out of place. It is removable, reuseable and does not damage surfaces. Great for use in RVs to keep lamps, decorative items, and counter appliances from sliding while driving. Attach to items on shelves to keep them safe from being accidentally bumped.

Adhesive putty with may uses.
Not only does it keep my resin pieces steady as I apply the final coat of UV resin, but the grip is secure without damaging the jewelry. I appreciate its versatility; besides holding my crafts, it’s great for attaching reminders or notes to my whiteboard. Removal is simple and clean, leaving no residue or marks behind. Overall, it's a handy tool for both crafting and organizing tasks around my workspace.

Mind the Spots
Definitely sticks things to the wall and is relatively easy to remove, but if you're renting and don't want to leave traces you'll lose a deposit over, be careful about putting it on most walls lol. It does in fact leave little grease stains )': alas

Good for smaller items
We bought this to display my husbands collectibles on a glass shelf. It works great for smaller figurines but not for larger/heavier action figures, it’s not strong enough.

Good for sticking posters up
Perfect for sticking posters up on brick/cement walls that won't take a tack. Also handy for mounting small objects prone to falling over on a shelf. Doesn't dry out, so you can use it again and again. It seems a bit expensive for what it is, so I'm docking a star.
