Top does seem to run a little smaller
Bought this for our 8 year old she is around 4’4 & 75 lb. The top I think runs a little smaller but she loves the outfit & we just put a tank top under it so her belly does not show.

Huge pants
My daughter is an average height/ weight 10 yr old. The shirt fits well but the pants are enormous. I tried to shrink them in the dryer but they are still too big for her to wear.
