The Winco AFP-8A-H is a commercial-grade 8" aluminum fry pan designed to be the workhorse of any kitchen. This skillet is made from 3.5mm thick 3003 series aluminum alloy designed to withstand daily use in a commercial restaurant kitchen. This 8" skillet features a natural finish that provides even heat distribution for searing, browning, sauteing and frying a wide range of foods. The handle is reinforced and riveted in place for a secure grip and long-lasting durability. The handle features a stay cool sleeve ensuring it stays cool to the touch. A hanging hole in the handle allows this skillet to be hung for convenient storage. This fry pan is compatible with gas and electric ranges. Lid sold separately. Hand wash recommended. NSF listed.

Review: Great quality - I got this skillet, washed it, scrubbed it with salt, washed it again, rubbed with oil to get the residue off, and when the towel was clean, I wiped the inside with avocado oil and put it on a low/medium burner until the oil started to harden. Wiped it out, put it back on the flame, added butter, and threw some eggs in. Result was the best scrambled eggs I have eaten at home, ever. Seems to have the knack for cooking at pretty high heat without burning. I am seriously impressed, especially for the price. Wiped out with a clean damp towel to clean - absolutely nothing stuck..... Great value. Seriously impressed.
Review: Safe Skillet for Healthy Cooking - This small stainless steel skillet is wonderful for cooking my eggs and bacon in the morning without having to scrape the black gunk from the non stick pots and pans. The handle is cool to touch. It is very easy to clean. It is light weight and just the right size, not too little and not too big. The top was not included with my purchase but I will purchase one at a later date. If you use olive oil, avocado oil coat the bottom with a little brush and your cooking will not stick to the bottom. Trust me this is worth your money and it will safe you time and effort. Happy healthy cooking.

- Sticker Removal Instructions (Aluminum Pan) Warm the sticker using warm (not boiling) water for 30–60 seconds or a hair dryer on low to soften the adhesive. Slowly peel from one corner without forcing or scraping. If residue remains, apply a small amount of cooking oil to a soft cloth and gently rub until removed. Wash with warm water and mild dish soap, then dry thoroughly before use. Do not use abrasive pads, steel wool, oven cleaners, or harsh chemicals, as these may damage the aluminum surface.

I got this skillet, washed it, scrubbed it with salt, washed it again, rubbed with oil to get the residue off, and when the towel was clean, I wiped the inside with avocado oil and put it on a low/medium burner until the oil started to harden. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Not a cheap made pan, very durable

It's thick and durable like a skillet you'd find in a commercial kitchen. The label was stuck to the inside but I warmed it up over low heat and it peeled right off. The silicone handle is comfortable and withstands heat very well. The cooking surface wasnt as smooth as expected but I was able to sand it smooth with table salt and a bandana rag. I used shortening to season over medium heat, let it cool and wiped it out. I only use it for eggs and it cooks very well, just make sure you use enough shortening the first few times or the food will stick.
