Grana Padano has been my favorite cheese since I returned from a year in Italy, many moons ago. It does not need to be left at room temp, as Brie does. It's perfect straight from the fridge, but be sure to have a lucious ripe pear at the ready to serve with it.

This is a good young Grana
This is a good young Grana. I unfortunately assumed it would be a 20 month or older cheese; it's not. This is a mild but salty cheese. If you're looking for sharp crumbly Grana with crunchy crystals, this is not the cheese you are looking for.
